These Terms apply to this website, FreeGuard VPN, and related product information made available by planetlink INC. They are based on the FreeGuard VPN Terms of Service. By accessing our websites, downloading FreeGuard VPN, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Our service

planetlink INC publishes FreeGuard VPN, a consumer privacy and network security product. FreeGuard VPN may provide VPN access, VPN node selection, setup guides, subscription checkout flows, account management, and related documentation.

Depending on platform availability, FreeGuard VPN may offer a free ad-supported service with limited access and a premium subscription service with expanded access. The Apple TV/tvOS app is a premium subscription-only product.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not share, transfer, sell, or provide account access to any third party. Users whose accounts are terminated for violations may not create replacement accounts to bypass enforcement.

Acceptable use

You must use FreeGuard VPN and our websites in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms. You may not use our services for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or attempts to harm networks, systems, services, or other users.

Prohibited activity includes child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism-related activity, spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, hacking, unauthorized access, port scanning, vulnerability probing, malware distribution, BitTorrent or peer-to-peer file sharing, torrent downloading, intellectual property infringement, harassment, threats, stalking, fraud, identity theft, and financial crimes.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid product access may require a subscription or one-time purchase through supported payment providers or app stores. Prices, renewal terms, refund handling, and cancellation controls may vary by platform and checkout provider. Accounts terminated for violations are not entitled to refunds, including unused subscription time.

Availability and changes

Network services can be affected by device settings, local networks, third-party infrastructure, platform rules, regional availability, and maintenance. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to maintain reliability, security, or compliance.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may use automated systems and technical measures to detect abnormal traffic patterns, suspicious connection behavior, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, or other potential violations. We may suspend or terminate access when users violate these Terms, create risk for our infrastructure or users, or when required by law.

Intellectual property

planetlink INC owns or licenses the websites, product names, software, documentation, design elements, trademarks, and related materials associated with FreeGuard VPN. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, remove proprietary notices, use our marks without permission, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.

Disclaimers

Our websites and services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. A VPN is a privacy tool and does not provide immunity from legal responsibility.

Third-party services

FreeGuard VPN may rely on third-party infrastructure, app stores, payment processors, diagnostics, analytics, advertising, and support providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability or failures may affect some features.

Legal compliance

We may comply with valid legal requests, court orders, subpoenas, and other lawful demands. We may also report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when necessary to protect users, our services, or the public.
