Explain my IP and network
See the address observed for this request and understand the limits of ASN-level network labels.
This check requests your observed address from the FreeGuard server. Its local ASN data may describe an operator as hosting, ISP or another network type. That is evidence about the operator, not proof of VPN use, residential access, safety or identity.
Only this check makes a network request. The request address is necessarily visible to the server; it is not sent to optional measurement. No arbitrary IP lookup or external IP API is used.
This describes only the route used by this request. It does not test every application, IPv6 route or DNS resolver. A label is not a security verdict.
Optional measurement
With your permission, we record a tool’s outcome category and this topic/language, and may pass a random short-lived token to FreeGuard to measure later purchases. Never the configuration or IP result. Tools and links work with this off.
No choice made. Measurement is off.
